- Lead the taxation service provision, managing team members and their daily workflow
- Ensure that all performance, industry and regulatory standards are met or exceeded
- Build strong and trusted client relationships and manage expectations accordingly
- Take an active part in marketing and business development with both new and existing clients, including supporting with campaigns and pitches
- Undertake training and mentoring with team members and provide timely feedback for their ongoing development
- Continually look to eradicate inefficiencies and improve processes through review and/or implementation of best practice

An independent firm of chartered accountants with Investors in People status, has exciting growth plans and is looking to recruit a Tax Manager / Tax Associate Director to support the growth and development of their tax division.
You will work closely with Partners and colleagues, advising growth clients across the corporate and personal platforms, together with holding responsibility for managing the associated compliance work.
There will be ample opportunity to provide higher level advisory on project work, including M&A, R&D tax credits, share schemes and trusts and estates.
