What Is the role of a Team Support Officer?


To support the Team Leader in the performance of all his duties including Staffing, Facility maintenance, Security, Personnel, Vehicles and Equipment, ATM service provision and liaison with Customers.

Compliance with Health and Safety Regulatory Requirements, Audit Requirements ensuring all Procedures and processes are carried out. Monitor Safe and Secure Working Practices. To deputies for and carry out all the duties of the Team Leader in his absence.


What will I be doing as a Team Support Officer?

  • Maintenance of stationary stock levels relevant to Facility location and control of stationary usage within the Facility.
  • Hold an SIA License for frontline operations and be able to carry out the duties of a CIT Officer.
  • Assist in the management of Equipment, Clothing, and Vehicles.
  • Ensure the area of operations is clean and free from rubbish, archive is stored destroyed and separated correctly.
  • Work in Partnership with Vaultex to ensure expected compliance level is maintained to the standard required.
  • Assist in the maintenance of all Branch Records, Training, Health and Safety, Accidents and the Operational Management System.
  • Assist in the management of Human Resources including, taking of minutes during meetings, Initial and Continuation Training, Holidays, Sickness Self Certification, Investigations and Discipline.
  • Ensuring crews and individuals adhere to, Work Instructions, Health and Safety Legislation and adopt Best Practices.
  • Internal Quality Audits and Alarm System checks as directed by Team Leader.
  • Assist in the production of weekly and monthly reports including statistical data on Facility performance, Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) worked Hours and the daily reporting of ATM operational and security issues to the Team Leader.
  • Maintenance of ATM route scheduling to maximize Facility resources and provide effective responses to changes in scheduling i.e. Change Requests, New Installs, etc.
  • Completion of tasks set by Team Leader inline with future Company requirement.
  • Manage dispatch/return of crew, cash and equipment in accordance with company policy/process.

What would I need to succeed in the Team Support Officer role?

  • Experience in training, supervising and motivating people.
  • Experience in a customer services environment.
  • Knowledge of the cash in transit industry.

  • Working pattern will be any 4 or 5 days over
