- Assess students' individual learning requirements and adapt teaching methods accordingly
- Provide support and guidance to students with SEN to help them achieve their educational goals
- Work collaboratively with other teachers, support staff, and parents to create a supportive learning environment
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and participate in meetings to discuss student development
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Experience working with students with SEN

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
