- what you'll be doing

We're looking for a portfolio project manager to join our PMO (Portfolio Management Office) team. In this role you will need to work with people all across the business and in all regions.
Reporting into a Programme Manager, you will learn how to lead groups of people from different areas of the business, to shape, create & launch winning innovation concepts. You will be working on projects that impact our total innovation portfolio and will be responsible for guiding these projects to success and navigating any challenges along the way. As the 'go to' person for the project you will work closely with stakeholders to provide the right information and recommendations to support great decision making.
We're looking for someone who is hungry to learn all about project management and has a positive 'can do' approach to drive to the best outcomes. You'll need to be talented at juggling lots of different tasks and working out the best way to overcome problems as well as being great at working with people. you'll have
Strong communication skills to be able to build great relationships with project teams and key stakeholders
Ability to pull together information & opinions from different sources, make decisions and form clear and confident recommendations
Enthusiasm to develop your leadership & facilitation skills so that you can motivate, support & lead your projects
Attention to detail to develop project plans, managing the interdependencies & critical path
Problem solving skills & the ability to work collaboratively are key in order to find solutions for complex challenges that arise
