Apprentice Joiner
We are looking for
Trainee Joiners who are wanting to start a career in the construction industry.

You do not need to have experience of working in a construction setting before as full training will be given, but a confident, hard-working, and eager to learn attitude is essential


Duties:

Working under supervision during your apprenticeship and as your skill base increases you will undertake:

  • Installation, operation, maintenance and repair of:
  • Preparation work
  • Bench joinery
  • General Joinery
  • Ironmongery
  • Door locks and barrels
  • You will use a range of joinery hand tools
  • Portable machinery, i.e. drills, sanders, routers
  • Comply with all Health and Safety policies, including site specific procedures and work to approved RAMS
  • Work in a team alongside all site personnel
  • Ensure, as far as practicable, the health and safety and welfare of yourself and others likely to be affected by your actions

  • Clean up after yourself
