Morgan Law are delighted to be partnering with an outstanding London Council on an exclusive basis in this newly creative role taking an innovative and forward thinking approach to ER issues.
This is initially at 12 month fixed term contract on a hybrid working basis. - Senior ER Advisor/Resolution Business Partner.Do you believe in alternative HR strategies in relation to workplace conflict and disputes?

The Council believe that traditional approaches to dealing with conflict don't generally work, so they are changing their approach.
Join the team and help in-bed this model in one of the first London Boroughs to introduce the Resolution Framework, focussing on informal resolution using a range of interventions to help people resolve their differences.
They looking for someone with confidence in their professional judgement, who actively collaborates with colleagues to find the best solutions that work for all parties.
As a key member of the People Business Partnering Team and the Resolution Centre, your remit will include establishing, embedding, and operating the organisation's Resolution Framework.
You will Collaborate with the Strategic Business Partners in supporting managers to drive performance of their teams and create a workplace culture where diversity is valued and celebrated and where everyone can thrive.
You will Coach and support managers, enabling them, to effectively manage their people by providing expert advice and consultancy in relation to performance and absence management.
You will bring experience of delivering and influencing in a professional HR role involving tactical and pragmatic people centred approaches and the provision of advice and support to managers and staff across complex services.
You have experience in restorative practices and transformation justice, have confidence in your professional judgement, and are passionate about collaborating with colleagues to find the best solutions that work for all parties.
You will have sound and detailed knowledge of employment law combined with a practical understanding of good practice in people management.
Your ability to engage with complex concepts and issues and communicate these clearly and simply is one of your strengths.
You will have contributed to the delivery of transformational change.
You are ideally CIPD qualified or you have demonstrable work-based experience that evidences an equivalent level of attainment and competence.
