We have an exciting new opportunity for a Document Controller to join our team based on one of our projects in Burghfield, near Reading.

In this role you will provide a professional and high quality document management service; being accountable for controlling the receipt, management and transfer of all information on a project/projects.


Responsibilities:


  • Key deliverables in this role are:
  • Ensure that our safety first and foremost message is visible and alive through all activities undertaken
  • Own, control and manage the project document management system, managing the flow of information. Ensure all documentation is properly receipted, checked, monitored, registered and distributed through the project team, client team, supply chain and other contractors.
  • Provide a professional administration service to support team members.
  • Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure synergy between NG Bailey system and external document management systems.
  • Provide regular progress reports to project management as required
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality, including the safe storage of documentation and drawings.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience of electronic document management systems and associated processes.
English & Maths GCSE
