Description

I am currently looking to recruit a number of experienced Inbound Sales and Service advisors to join an established manufacturing organisation in the South Shields area.

This is a full time and permanent role offering a starting salary of £21,000 + bonus. Hours of work are Monday - Thursday, 9:00am - 5:30pm and Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm.

Key Duties of this role include

Answering inbound calls from new and existing customers
Responding to queries
Resolving problems
Providing quotes for products
Upsell and cross sell new products
Making follow up courtesy calls

Skills and experience required

Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills
Sound attention to detail
Highly organised
Motivated
Competent user of IT
Able to work as part of a team
