- Manage and oversee all aspects of gas operations, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Management of Plumbing, Heating and Gas engineers. Providing leadership, guidance and mentoring to ensure high quality is achieved as standard.
- Provide technical guidance.
- To comply and keep up to date with Gas Safety Standards/Water regulations.
- To complete site surveys, quotations for works.
- Maintain training programs ensuring engineers are correctly trained for the activities they undertake.
- To complete internal audits on mechanical and gas engineers works to ensure compliance.
- Review test certification.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and address them promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of gas usage, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Commercial gas qualification COCN1, CIGA1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1
- NVQ Level 3 Plumbing and heating.
- Competent in using Excel and Word
- Experience in mechanical and plumbing install works.
- Water Regulations, Unvented Cylinders, Legionella, HVAC Experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
