    Exciting Opportunity for Revenue Director in Hotel Management

    An amazing chance has opened up for an experienced Revenue Director with a background in Hotels to join our leadership team at M&T, a top Hospitality Management company based in the UK.

We work with esteemed international brands like Hilton, IHG, Radisson, Best Western, Yotel, and several high-quality independent hotels.

    Role Overview

    We are seeking a full-time Director of Revenue for our Hotel Management team, responsible for developing and implementing revenue-generating strategies aligned with company goals and market conditions. Key responsibilities include:

    • Developing revenue strategies based on market analysis and growth projections.
    • Setting and monitoring targets for sales, marketing, and pricing activities.
    • Analyzing revenue data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
    • Collaborating with various departments to ensure alignment in revenue generation efforts.
    • Leading revenue enhancement initiatives and optimizing revenue-generation processes.
    • Managing a team of Hotel and Cluster Revenue Managers to drive revenue growth.

    The role offers flexibility to work from home or our offices in Elstree, Hertfordshire, with frequent travel to managed hotels across the UK. Applicants should be open to driving and staying overnight at hotels when required.

    Qualifications

    • Minimum 3 years' experience in senior revenue management.
    • Strong financial acumen and analytical skills.
    • Proven leadership and communication abilities.
    • Strategic mindset with industry knowledge.
    • Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
    • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills.
