- Oversee team members to ensure efficient resource allocation within the region.
- Create and present the annual business plan and budget;
- Meet Dechra Europe's reporting demands, focusing on performance and KPIs;
- Achieve top and bottom-line growth in line with targets through a proactive business approach;
- Cultivate commercial relationships, keeping close contact with key clients to monitor market trends;
- Collaborate with other regions and central teams to enhance overall performance;
- Mentor team members for continuous growth and succession planning;
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry dynamics;
- Ensure compliance with all business processes, safety regulations, and equipment care standards.
- Possess strong commercial insight to drive long-term value;
