- Providing excellent customer service
- Update customers on the status of their order
- Follow up on purchase orders
- Updating spreadsheets and databases
- Responsible for providing new quotes
- Amendingpaperwork onto the system
- Liaising with customers and internal departments for delivery times
- Updating the CRM database
What you need:

- Experienced in being an excellent communicator
- Experience working in a similar role
- Strong initiative
- Attention to detail
- Excellent customer service
- Confident using Excel
- Understand KPI's and how they are met
