Brand & Campaigns Manager

You will play a central role in the planning, development and management of our nationwide, multi-message, multi-audience and multi-channel consumer campaign.

You will play a central role in the planning, development and management of nationwide, multi-message, multi-audience and multi-channel consumer campaign.

Your expertise will ensure complex campaigns are developed and optimised to deliver the best possibleresults.

You will help manage the day-to-day relationship with the creative and media agency partners and continually strive to deliver ever more innovative and effective campaign solutions, with a particular focus on the synergy between creative and media strategiesand tactics.


Key tasks / responsibilities

  • Support in the strategic direction and development of integrated TTL campaign plans, and the production and delivery of campaign assets.
  • Manage creative development, production and delivery of all campaign assets (including AV, radio, print, outdoor and digital), working with our creative agency partners, in line with paid media plans. This should include preparation of briefs, providingconsolidated team feedback on agencies' work and ensuring high quality assets are delivered on time and budget.
  • Oversee pretesting of campaign assets and/or messaging, working closely with inhouse Insight team from brief to debrief, and lead on the production of research stimulus with the agency partners.
  • Review and assess media plans, working with our Head of Media to ensure they are in line with overall strategy and will deliver campaign objectives effectively
  • Keep creative agencies across significant development in audience and media strategy, assessing implications for creative and determining best campaign approach based on audience insight, media and creative objectives.
  • Manage budgets and interrogate estimates from agency partners, ensuring that projects stay on track and drive efficiencies wherever possible.
  • Ensure that all assets produced adhere to brand guidelines, campaign messaging and lexicon and oversee the substantiation process of complex claims in advertising, including developing robust substantiation documents for Clearcast and the ASA.
  • Collaborate with internal Insight team and our media agency to ensure we have a bestinclass performance measurement framework, to make both tracking our activity and reporting it as simple and effective as possible.

Requirements:


  • At least 5 years' experience at Marketing Manager, Brand & Campaign Manager level.
  • Experience working for a leading communications/marketing/advertising agency in account management; or experience working as part of an inhouse consumer marketing team.
  • You will have developed and delivered major, multichannel, consumer facing communications campaigns.
  • You will have a strong understanding of marketing and the key considerations, inputs and processes required to deliver effective TTL (through the line) campaigns.
  • You will be excellent at building and managing senior relationships and confident owning and leading projects.
