We are currently seeking a well-organised, enthusiastic, and ambitious Customer Service Administrator to join our client's office. You will be joining a family run passionate team who strive to excel at what they do.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and operational functions of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and distribute leads to salespeople, and manage CRM system (Salesforce)
- Provide sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
- Manage feedback into the business
- Process booking forms
- Order supplies and stationary
- Assist with website updates for sales products and pricing
- Input and manage systems
Person Specification:
- GCSE pass grades for English & Maths as a minimum
- Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service
- Proven experience in administrative, sales support or customer service role
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Techsavvy and IT proficient (Word, Excel, Salesforce desirable)
This is an exciting role within a growing organisation for someone who has administration experience and strong attention to detail.
