We are currently seeking a well-organised, enthusiastic, and ambitious Customer Service Administrator to join our client's office. You will be joining a family run passionate team who strive to excel at what they do.

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales and operational functions of the business.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Monitor and distribute leads to salespeople, and manage CRM system (Salesforce)
  • Provide sales forecasting and pipeline reporting
  • Manage feedback into the business
  • Process booking forms
  • Order supplies and stationary
  • Assist with website updates for sales products and pricing
  • Input and manage systems

Person Specification:


  • GCSE pass grades for English & Maths as a minimum
  • Level 3 qualification in Business Administration or Customer Service
  • Proven experience in administrative, sales support or customer service role
  • Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Techsavvy and IT proficient (Word, Excel, Salesforce desirable)


This is an exciting role within a growing organisation for someone who has administration experience and strong attention to detail.
