- Diagnoses and specifies repairs effectively
- Manages the delivery of void repairs.
- Contributes to strategic asset management work and investment planning.
- Collaborates with Area Team colleagues to maximise the performance of assets and ensure tenancy and neighbourhood sustainability.
- Consistently meet the organisation's strengths in your day to day work
- Work within the organisation's Health and Safety policies and procedures taking personal responsibility for your own wellbeing
- Work within the VfM policy and consider wider business sense in all aspects of your role
- Provide and maintain excellent standards of customer care in accordance with the organisation's Customer Service and Equality and Diversity policies
