- Working in a static Electrical maintenance role, Mon-Fri, 7:30am - 4pm (40-hour week)
- Emergency light testing, fire alarm testing, sprinkler testing, light replacements, light maintenance, filter changes and cleaning on AHU's, water hygiene, flushing, basic plumbing, temp checks, minor repairs, fault finding and any other general building service maintenance duties.
- You will be liaising with clients and stakeholders daily.
- The ideal candidate will hold electrical qualifications – Level 3 & 17th or 18th edition.
- Experience in a facilities maintenance / building service role is essential.
- Strong communication skills.
- Positive attitude, willing to be flexible.
