- Manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Conduct thorough title investigations and prepare detailed reports on title.
- Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds, and other legal documents associated with residential conveyancing.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the conveyancing process to ensure smooth and timely transactions.
- Handle exchange of contracts and completion procedures efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements, including antimoney laundering regulations and GDPR.
- Maintain accurate and uptodate records on the case management system.
- Provide excellent client service and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and support.
- Assist senior solicitors and contribute to team projects as needed.
- Qualified solicitor with 12 years PQE in residential conveyancing.
- Solid understanding of residential conveyancing procedures and regulations.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough title investigations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
- Proficiency in using case management systems and legal software.
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy caseload efficiently.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Commitment to providing highquality legal services and client care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to team goals.
