I am working on behalf of a highly reputable, national domiciliary care provider who are seeking a Registered Manager for their office in Shrewsbury.

This company provide bespoke home care to private clients and are renown for providing exceptional levels of support to their management team. They also provide lots of opportunities to progress into area manager level and above

The Company:


  • Deliver bespoke homecare nationally
  • One of the largest domiciliary care providers in the UK
  • Stable branch with strong senior team
  • Minimum of 1hour care calls
  • Provide on going support to managers in lots of different areas including: recruitment, marketing, finance etc
  • Offer personal care and assist with medication to mainly the elderly
  • Value their employees, offering ongoing training and opportunities for career progression

The role:


  • Managing the day to day running of the branch
  • Innovative ideas to continue growing the branch
  • Motivate and support staff to maintain, implement and achieve ongoing growth
  • Ensure the service is compliant with the CQC and push for "Outstanding"
  • Ensure clients are having the best experience possible

Required competencies:


  • Previous care experience is essential, preferably at management level
  • Good knowledge of CQC regulations
  • People management skills
  • Knowledge of Shrewsbury area desirable
  • Level 5 in Leadership and Management or working towards
  • Excellent personal skills
  • Passionate about delivering highquality care
You MUST have worked within a care setting at management level.
