Penguin is our inpatient surgery ward. Here we predominately care for children aged 0 – 10 years old with various surgical conditions. Qualifications and Training~ Current NMC Registration
~1st Degree in nursing or health related subject or working towards
~ Willingness to work towards Masters level academic study
Appropriate post registration experience in nursing and speciality
Experience of undertaking research or audit projects
Evidence of commitment to research based practice or evidence of project work undertaken
Ability to work alone or as part of a team
Innovative and participates with practice and policy change
Commitment to the development and provision of high quality nursing care
Awareness of current national changes in nursing / NHS
General good health
Public Sector Language Competency
