Presently, we're on the lookout for a Commis Chef to join our dynamic team at Translation & Innovation Hub iHub, located in Wood Lane, London, W12 0BZ.

    • Full-time hours - Monday to Friday, between 6:30 am - 3:30 pm

    Responsibilities

    • Assist Senior Chefs in their designated sections
    • Prepare and cook dishes following recipe cards
    • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations
    • Assist with food orders
    • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen
    • Verify allergen compliance of all food items
    • Receive deliveries and adhere to the FIFO method
    • Support in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleaning
    • Assist in counter serving duties

    Requirements

    • Prior experience as a Chef at the commis level
    • Essential NVQ Qualifications 1 and 2
    • Previous kitchen work experience
    • Knowledge of allergens (e.g., Natasha's Law), with full training provided
    • Strong team player and effective communicator
