The Role
This is a newly created position at Fearless Adventures to support our Co-founders David Newns and Charlie Yates. Based in Wilmslow, South Manchester, you'll be working in a constantly evolving environment as our business grows.

It will require excellent organisational and communication skills, the ability to multitask and the confidence to prioritise when necessary to ensure days run effectively and smoothly.


What you'll be doing

  • Assist David and Charlie, our founders, in both their professional and personal lives.
  • Assist other founders at Fearless Adventures with various partner companies
  • Oversee daytoday calendars ensuring conflicts are managed and productivity is balanced.
  • Draft meeting agendas, supply advanced materials, execute followup for meetings and team conference calls
  • Liaise with PR, Press and marketing agencies
  • Organise exclusive and highprofile events
  • Arrange travel internationally for our founders to ensure time efficiency and all travel and meetings are coordinated.
  • Organise recordings for our Podcast "The Summit" keeping guests engaged and making faciality and travel arrangements
  • Manage invoicing and expenses throughout the company
  • Work crossfunctionally with Talent department, Human Resources, Marketing, Health and Safety to facilitate and make accommodations for current employees and Inductions for new hires
  • Liaise with the office manager ensuring the office is culture remains positive and organised

What you'll bring to the role

  • Previous experience supporting senior stakeholders with outstanding administrative skills
  • A demonstrable trackrecord working to tight time frames and thriving in a fastpaced environment
  • The ability to prioritise effectively and influence leaders
  • The ability to exercise caution with confidentiality and sensitive matters
  • Focused on driving results and passionate about being an accountable team player.
  • Full UK driving Licence and a Car (Transport for work will be expensed)
