The Kraft Heinz Company produces some of the world's most recognisable food products, and billions of people have grown up with its famous brands.

They have recently partnered with Ed Sheeran to launch Tingly Ted's, a new hot sauce brand that is rolling out globally.

TikTok will be a priority channel for Tingly Ted's and we are on the hunt for an ambitious Social Strategist to help us drive the success of our social channels.

As its resourcing and production partner, Hogarth Worldwide powers The Kitchen, Kraft Heinz's internal creative digital agency.

Developing social and digital content at the speed of culture, The Kitchen is expanding rapidly and currently operates from the UK, Italy, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, Australia, Indonesia, Brazil and China.

What does a Social Strategist do for Tingly Ted's?


As a highly organised, confident and proactive Social Media Strategist, you will be responsible for building & developing Tingly Teds' social strategy from the ground up, defining KPIs and overseeing the social activities across our key channels (TikTok & Instagram, as well as new emerging channels).


The role will advocate for the customer and the client, as well as creative, advising on innovative, effective, best practice approaches to content and social strategy, customer experience on platform and creative execution.


Key responsibilities of this role will be to provide overall strategic leadership to the team, including line management and mentorship of our Social Media Manager.

Working closely with the brand team and the integrated agency teams, you will ensure we are working toward a clearly defined social strategy for always-on or campaign work.

You'll be based partially on-site (The Shard, London, UK) with the Kraft Heinz marketing team so need to be comfortable to work directly with client, and partially at home.


Responsibilities:


  • Implement social channel and platform strategy to drive consumer engagement, defining KPIs and relevant measurement frameworks.
  • Act as a content expert and advocate; advising on effective, bestpractice approaches to content and social strategy, as well as new media and innovation opportunities.
  • Govern all assets to ensure brand compliance.
  • Oversee the content calendar to ensure high quality output against the strategy.
  • Work with Social Media Manager and Creative teams to ensure content and platform best practices are followed.
  • Collect, track and analyse content performance & reporting.
  • Input data, insights & best practices into creative briefs.
  • Provide strategic leadership to the team, line management and mentorship to the Social Media Manager.

Requirements:


  • Selfstarter disposition & proactive approach to solving client issues, strong leadership skills to manage multiple senior stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation skills to confidently lead meetings with senior leadership and integrated agency teams.
  • Knowledge and implementation of social media advertising, including customer research, strategy, vision, design, development, testing and optimisation.
  • Experience of using data and insight to act as the bridge between understanding business objectives and the customers, and engaging with them through social, at the speed of culture.
  • An understanding of what motivates and engages consumers in the social space using social listening and search insight tools.
  • Understanding of social scheduling tools and media dashboards to analyse relevant data and drive content performance optimisation.
  • Experience working across large brands and able to demonstrate impact that you had on their social performance. Experience within food & beverage and music & entertainment sectors highly desirable
