Job description - Client Services Executive

In this Client Services Executive role in London, we're currently looking for a Client Services Executive who can nurture and grow the relationships that have been built with their existing and rapidly growing customer base.

You will assist in implementing best practise solutions for their customers and work effectively to gather the appropriate internal and external resources to ensure excellent customer outcomes are created.

Key responsibilities -

Client Services Executive

  • In this Client Services Executive job, you can expect the following tasks, but not limited to:_
  • Own the postsale relationship with the customer, ensuring that they have identified & implemented the key value outcomes that they are looking to achieve
  • Be the voice of the customer internally, by building trust and creating meaningful relationships with internal champions and key stakeholders within their customer business'
  • Assist their product, solutions & implementation team in identifying key areas for customer growth in usage and stickiness of the product, setting their team up for success at the renewal stage
  • Act as a leader within the organisation to cultivate and suggest process improvement, product development & customer success outcome ideas

Job requirements -

Client Services Executive

  • A degree from University or equivalent commercial experience
  • Work experience within a client services or account management environment
  • Innovative, persuasive, creative, and have a genuine curiosity in their clients' business
  • Construction experience an advantage
  • Empathetic to customer needs with a passion for positive customer outcomes
  • Must work well within a team environment
  • While this isn't a sales role, previous sales experience is a plus
