    Description
    Our client is a reputable insurance company who primarily deal with a type of specialist insurance. Their focus is on always providing outstanding customer service whilst providing a professional and personal service.

    The role:

    • Build rapport with new and existing clients whilst maintaining accounts
    • Provide a high level of customer service and ensure your clients get to their desired outcome
    • Be the first point of contact for clients, both face to face and over the phone
    • Expand your knowledge of insurance products and services
    • Quickly be able to inform your clients on what insurance policy works best and suits their needs

    About you:

    • Previous administration/ customer service experience
    • Ambitious
    • Confident
    • Ability to build relationships
