I have a client based in Hemel Hempstead who are looking to hire a 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer on a permanent basis.

I have partnered with a client who is offering the successful 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer a salary up to £30,000 based on experience.

Skills/Experience Required

  • Excellent communication and people skills


  • Microsoft Office 36

  • Troubleshooting and handling tickets escalated up
  • Hardware Installation
  • Experience building, deploying and maintaining systems
  • An understanding of routers, switches and other networking fundamentals
