    Role:
    Service Desk AnalystLocation: Luton (with potential for hybrid working after probation)

    Salary:
    £2- 28K + a comprehensive range of Employee Benefits

    The
    Role:

    To respond to 1st line and 2nd line tickets, investigate, diagnose and resolve issues, across MS Office suite, various devices, applications, comms equipmentEscalate issues as neededProvide excellent customer service to all Users of the service.

    Contribute ideas to the development of the new purpose built service desk tool The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate:
    Essential:2+ years' experience in service desk role supporting a broad range of users ICT issues.
    Exceptional customer service skills.

    Able to demonstrate genuine care and empathy to Users experiencing difficulties, (some Users will have limited technical understanding)Strong written and verbal communication skills.

    Willing to work on a rota between Monday and Friday covering , (7 hour shifts).Eagerness to learn any new technologies.

    Community spirited, eager to help Users.
    Great team player but also capable to work independently when required
