You will help clients to navigate complex and sensitive regulatory challenges. An in-depth understanding of regulatory policy and process is crucial.The role will involve both advisory and transactional/commercial projects regulatory work; both UK domestic and international. We take a genuine interest and support career development.
Advise on a range of issues across the breadth of financial service clients.
The ability to provide a wide range of Financial Services regulatory advice covering the whole range of Financial Services Regulation including Emerging Tech such as Digital Assets/Crypto Assets.
Develop and maintain knowledge on issues within the Financial Services Regulatory team, working collaboratively with colleagues to share knowledge.
Develop opportunities for referral of work across the business and actively participate in business development opportunities.Have the ability to actively support and provide advice on M&A/Private Equity transactions, liaising and coordinating with fee earners from other relevant disciplines as needed.
You will have at least 5 years' experience in financial services regulation, post qualification.A solid grounding in financial services.
A Diploma in Financial Studies or a willingness to study whilst in post (support is offered).
Have strong commercial acumen.
Be adept at in building strong client relationships, but also a team player.
Be able to provide clear, concise and pragmatic commercial advice.
