- Undertake testing, installation/repairs and maintenance work on a variety of Wolverhampton City Council domestic properties as instructed within the range of the electrical trade to an acceptable standard.
- Complete electrical and associated works in the following areas of
- the business. Repairs & Maintenance, Building Solutions, Voids, Aids & Adaptations, Planned Improvement Programme and EICR Programme.
- Undertake the full spectrum of electrical duties, and associated trade work to ensure satisfactory completion.
- Ensure that the relevant teams are informed of issues relating to the general estate management, property condition, void abandonment, rubbish, response repairs and safeguarding issues requiring attention. About you:
- Can you demonstrate significant experience of working in the built environment and/or maintenance and social housing environment?
- Are you willing and keen to undertake specific training to develop specific competence in the role including Health and Safety Training?
- Do you have a qualification in City & Guilds Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent NVQ level 3, 18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations latest amendment and Inspection & Testing certificate or equivalent? Our organisation:
