This is core to who they are as a company and how they drive responsible growth.They are looking for a Transaction Reporting Quality Assurance Associate to join the team in their Chester office, working Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm, 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home.
Due to the nature and pace of the position there will be the need for occasional out of hours work.
On an initial contract of 12 months you will be executing statistical sampling quality assurance testing on multiple global transaction reporting obligations for the bank.
This includes the design and implementation of new testing and establishing subsequent escalation models and governance of quality assurance output.
Further aspects of the role include:
- Communication with and escalation to Compliance and Legal partners.
- Remediation of transaction reporting issues.
- Communication and prioritization with Technology partners.
- Client and counterparty communications.
- Engagement of senior leadership team on MI and escalations.
Skills and Expertise:
- Experience in a similar role that has included quality assurance and sample testing.
- Dealings with large transaction reports and international regulations.
- Able to communicate and report to senior management.
- Highly organised and used to tracked multiple work items and being able to report on their status with accurate succinct data.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal oversight, and then be able to identify, escalate and debate risk in an efficient and effective manner.
- Be a team player and thrive on working with multiple teams with differing skill sets towards a common goal.
- Global markets expertise, in particular global markets products and processes would be desirable
