    Compliance Monitoring Manager

    In the role of Compliance Monitoring Manager you'll join our Compliance department's leadership team and play a key role in the development and management of Compliance Associates, whilst driving improvements in the design and delivery of compliance monitoring activities.

    The role is based at our Head Office in the centre of Leeds, but there would not be a requirement for you to be in the office full time, and we work hard to accommodate flexible working requirements.

    You are a resilient and confident people leader, with a passion for leading and motivating small and medium teams to deliver sustained high performance, who can hit the ground running.

    You'll be passionate about helping the team, and the YBS, achieve their goals.

    You'll have an inquisitive mind and are curious about how the business operates and how we can support them to understand and mitigate risk.

    You have a good understanding of financial services regulation, as well an ability to critically assess and interpret information to provide informed opinions or findings.

    Planning, designing and delivering risk-based compliance activities through the effective and efficient allocation and management of resource.

    Leading and inspiring a team of Compliance Associates, focussing on personal accountability for development and the delivery of commercially aware and timely compliance activities.

    Take a proactive and risk-based lead in the update and development of departmental operating policies and procedures to drive improvements whilst delivering sustainable commercial objectives.

    Build and maintain strong internal and external relationships to support the design, development and delivery of high-quality compliance monitoring activities, including the effective prioritisation of workloads to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
