Customer Service Advisor (Out of Hours)

Location:
Campus Living Villages, Endeavour House, Usk Way, Newport, NP20 2DZ

Salary:
£25,662

Hours of Work: 42 Hours (Working on a 4 on, 4 off basis, Between 8pm and 8am)

What you will be doing:

Upholding the standards of OSL Service Charter in partnership with CLV, to ensure the commitments made to our customers are always delivered
Dealing with sales queries and viewings
Managing the residents stay with CLV, including room inspections, arrears management, incident and complaint management, and property presentation
