- Role: Lead SEN Teacher
- Status: Full-time
- Requirements: QTS and previous experience
- Pupils: 10 in total, with 8 pupils having EHCPs
- Special Needs: Predominantly SEMH, with potential elements of ADHD/ASC/MLD
- Plan and deliver tailored lessons to meet the individual needs of pupils with SEN
- Collaborate with the SENCO and support staff to implement effective strategies
- Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary
- Engage with parents/carers and external agencies to support pupil development
