    Description

    Dispute Resolution SolicitorSalary:
    £40, £55,000.00 dependant on experienceBenefits: 25 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing by 1 day a year after 5 years up to 30 days)

    Auto Enrolment Pension. Employer pays 3% and Employee pays 5%. Private Medical Insurance after 6 months service. X2 salary life insurance 20 days company sick pay.

    There is also 1 day's Birthday leave (provided the Birthday falls on a working day) and corporate membership of 1610 gymsLocation:

    On Site / hybridAre you a qualified solicitor who has a minimum of 3 years experience in Dispute Resolution?My client is looking for an ambitious fee earner to work for their well established and highly regarded Solicitors firm.

    With proven experience (3 years+) in contentious probate and general civil litigation (a bonus if you also have experience in property litigation).The company has an innovative method of share reward and runs its business on a merit based system with no hierarchical structure and no buy-in fee.

    As a Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling a wide range of disputes and legal conflicts, providing expert legal advice and representation to clients.

    The ideal candidate should possess strong analytical and negotiation skills, excellent legal knowledge, and a proven track record in resolving disputes efficiently.


    Requirements:
    Qualified Solicitor with a valid practicing certificate.
    Substantial experience in dispute resolution, with a focus on contentious probate.
    Excellent knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Effective communication and negotiation skills.
    Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    You must currently live in the UK and have right to work to apply for this role.
