Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:

  • Oversee key financial processes such accounts payable, client commission disbursements and payroll.
  • Be responsible for producing high quality financial reporting, both at a consolidated and entity level.
  • Take ownership of our intercompany accounting and transfer pricing entries.
  • Complete key balance sheet reconciliations and ensure that reconciling items are tracked and closed on a timely basis.
  • Support Group Financial Controller in analysing month end close process, proposing improvements in timeliness and accuracy of financial close.
  • Participate in adhoc tasks and projects within the Finance team and wider business, including our migration on to group Finance systems.

Profile

Key requirements for the Finance Manager:

  • Qualified accountant with more than 3 years post qualification experience.
  • Strong technical skills in financial reporting, with having a background working with US GAAP being highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to use a variety of financial systems, with prior experience of working with Oracle and/or Netsuite a significant plus.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and high level of numeracy.
  • Selfstarter with proven ability to take on challenges and solve problems with practical solutions.
  • Able to prioritise high volume workload and have shown excellent planning and organisational skills.
  • Be a solid team player, willing to support other team members as required.
