Key Responsibilities for the Finance Manager:

Oversee key financial processes such accounts payable, client commission disbursements and payroll.
Be responsible for producing high quality financial reporting, both at a consolidated and entity level.
Take ownership of our intercompany accounting and transfer pricing entries.
Complete key balance sheet reconciliations and ensure that reconciling items are tracked and closed on a timely basis.
Support Group Financial Controller in analysing month end close process, proposing improvements in timeliness and accuracy of financial close.
Participate in adhoc tasks and projects within the Finance team and wider business, including our migration on to group Finance systems.

Profile

Key requirements for the Finance Manager:

Qualified accountant with more than 3 years post qualification experience.
Strong technical skills in financial reporting, with having a background working with US GAAP being highly desirable.
Proven ability to use a variety of financial systems, with prior experience of working with Oracle and/or Netsuite a significant plus.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and high level of numeracy.
Selfstarter with proven ability to take on challenges and solve problems with practical solutions.
Able to prioritise high volume workload and have shown excellent planning and organisational skills.
Be a solid team player, willing to support other team members as required.
