- Acting as first point of contact on all matters, often highly confidential and time critical
- Strategic calendar management; prioritising a very busy agenda
- Managing global travel, expenses and invoicing
- Composing correspondence in French and English
- Managing the fluid coordination with the EAs of the leadership group members
- Supporting and participating in the Global CIO Office governance activities
- Managing logistics for calls, meetings and events
- Some international travel may be required
- Taking minutes at meetings including the IT governance meetings
- Project support; coordinating extended community meetings, preparing agendas, actioning items and project management
- Creating and updating presentations
- Maintaining the digital library
- An excellent track record, working as an EA in a global environment
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Completely fluent written and spoken English and French
- High emotional intelligence
- An approachable, kind and client-orientated manner
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships quickly
