Interim HRBP |£50K | 12 months FTC | Central London
This is a hybrid model (3 days in the office)

The role

Establish yourself as a strong HR Business Partner by building strong relationships.
Passionate about all things recruitment
Act as the point of contact for the area allocated, building alliances, and providing strategic consultation.
Ensure ongoing interaction with colleagues to develop an awareness of the needs of the business.
Build relationships with other departments in the organisation at all levels. Acting as an ambassador for HR activity driving standards and highlighting the benefits of HR to all staff and managers.
Partner with departments on all HR activities and strategically enhance processes as opportunities are identified.

About you

Experience working in a business partnering team providing guidance and advice to line managers.
Experience of managing recruitment and recruitment related projects
Proven track record in the implementation of agreed people projects and activities
Proven experience of leading organisational change or similar projects e.g., restructures/redundancies
Experience in working with different tools and approaches to Talent Management.
Experience using data to inform decision making.
Experience working with Employee Surveys and wider Engagement approaches.
Project management and planning experience
The ability to meet multiple priorities in terms of quality and time.
