Integrated Marketing Manager

Location:
Shoreditch (Hybrid - 2 days per week onsite)

Duration: 12 months contract initially

The Challenge:

As companies are continuously transforming business processes into digital workflows and individuals are seeking digital processes to streamline their home organisation, the use of digital documents and electronic signatures has become more prevalent.
The pandemic has also increased the urgency of digitising document processes to maintain business continuity, further accelerating the adoption of cloud based digital document and esignature solutions.
With this growth opportunity in mind, we are looking for an EMEA Integrated Marketing Manager to deliver on our objective of driving consideration/interest in client's product.
The EMEA Integrated Marketing Manager will be part of a team responsible for leading the development and execution of marketing strategies and integrated marketing plans that drive audience and business growth for client's product.
We are looking for a digital marketer who brings an audiencefocused, modern approach to building marketing plans, campaign tactics, content and programs that create results at scale.
You'll bring new thinking and fresh perspectives on how, where and when we can reach our audiences (currently focusing on microbusinesses, working professionals and individuals looking to use digital documents for home organisation).
This role partners closely with Global teams in the US and the regional teams for APAC.
You're also a strategic partner to Product Marketing and GotoMarket teams working together to deliver against annual strategies and business goals.

What You'll Do:

Work closely with the campaign strategy team to formulate and drive panEMEA campaign marketing strategies and execution tactics that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion for client's product.
Collaborate and develop strong working relationships with cross functional teams across the organisation to deliver the campaign across all tactics, activities and channels.
Project management of campaign launches including handling creative and media agencies while communicating details and timelines to cross functional marketing teams and business leads.
Work with the internal experts to create communication strategies that expand reach, drive relevance and fuel interest through partnerships, social channels, influencers, blogs, and new media channels.
Manage forecasts and budget for your campaign execution in connection to quarterly and annual plans. Take accountability for budget, resource allocation, and performance to plan against defined metrics.

What We're Looking For:

Bring 5+ years of digital marketing experience working on/with consumer and technology brands and products.
Experience working on campaigns with/at agencies focused on digital, social media, influencer marketing, and transcreation of global campaigns for local markets.
Proven track record of delivering results via attribution marketing programs.
Experience working with agencies to craft compelling messages that captivate audiences and offer them valuable solutions.
Be a strong communicator with attention to detail.
Excellent project management skills and the ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Ability to collaborate with teams across functions and geographies in an international matrix organisation
Fit the Client's culture be approachable, transparent and trustworthy and be a strong relationship builder.
College degree, or equivalent work experience required.
