LONDON - HYBRID

£60,000 - £80,000.


The perfect opportunity for a talented and motivated individual to fill the position of Data Lead, responsible for harnessing the power of our data to enhance customer experiences and drive business growth.

This company is a leading personalized cards and gifts company, where creativity meets data-driven decision-making.


THE ROLE


You will be responsible for developing and implementing BI strategies, managing a team of 2 analysts, and ensuring that the data infrastructure is robust and efficient.


  • Develop and lead the BI strategy to support business goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective BI solutions.
  • Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide key stakeholders with actionable insights.

YOUR EXPERIENCE


If you are a BI Analyst or Data Analyst with strong reporting knowledge as well as good strategic capabilities, then this could be a dream opportunity.

Experience reporting within the eCommerce sector is a plus.

  • Experience leading a at team of data developers and a desire to coach and mentor while also having the ability to delegate efficiently.
  • Proficiency in SQL and Looker is a must. AWS Redshift experience is a plus.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define key performance indicators and build dashboards for tracking and reporting.

THE BENEFITS

A successful Data Lead will receive:

  • A salary of up to £80,000 per annum.
