- Manage the production of client quarterly and annual reporting and related accounting activities, demonstrating a solid knowledge of complex private equity accounting, waterfalls, equalisation, etc
- Perform reviews of clients' quarterly and yearly reporting and other accounting activities
- Ensure reporting deliverables are produced in line with the appropriate accounting standards, fund documentation, local regulations, policies, and procedures are produced and reviewed to a high standard and delivered in a timely manner
- Build excellent working relationships with clients
- Review, recommend, and implement changes to client deliverable processes
- Be a qualified accountant with at least 6 years of accounting experience, preferably within private equity fund accounting
- Direct experience in managing a team and ambition with a high level of energy and commitment
- Excellent work ethic, business acumen, and excellent communication skills

In this Fund Accounting Manager role, you'll support their Line Manager in the delivery of the operational service to a portfolio of clients, ensure a high standard of service delivery, and train, appraise, and motivate the team. You will also support and participate in ad hoc projects with the aim of improving the operational activities of the business and enhancing client experience by providing a "value add" service.
