- Reporting to the plant manager, this role will see you managing a small team of team of engineers and toolmakers.
- You will be responsible for the management of the production machinery and facilities on the site.
- PPM planning and CMMS management.
- You will manage the budget for the engineering department.
- Providing training for the engineering department.
- You will occasionally be required to work in a hands on capacity.
- The successful candidate will come from a background of engineering management or a senior engineering role.
- Apprenticeship trained and electrically biased, ideally multiskilled.
- Experience working in a highly regulated environment.
- Experience managing small teams.
