We're recruiting for a newly formed, and recently announced, AAA studio based in Leamington Spa. They're a group of passionate, experienced and collaborative creators from across the AAA games space.The leadership team has stated that they want to:
"Build a team where we really encourage the team to take creative risks". They're currently in pre-production and are working on a AAA multi-platform Open World Adventure title. The role is Lead Technical Artist. They really need someone to be able to come in who can help them define and establish a top tier Technical Art team. This role would see you not only being an individual contributor at first, but helping them grow the TA team, develop processes and build out a function.
To be considered for the role, we'd love to see:
- Recent and relevant experience as a Technical Artist on one or more shipped game
- Leadership/management experience would be a distinct advantage
- Knowledge of Unreal Engine 4 or
- Collaborative and inclusive commmunication style
The role is ideal for a current Senior or Lead who feels they can and need to step up into a role where you have responsibilities which go beyond that of the game.
