    Laing O'Rourke are looking for a project receptionist to join our project team at Ellison (Oxford).

    Ellison Institute of Technology will continue the Institute's work in cancer research, disease prevention, and global health policy, along with providing educational programming for students from around the globe.

    The Project receptionist will offer a service to ensure that all project administration is kept in an organised and methodical manner whilst complementing the operations of the site team .

    Assist where required in any other administrative function for the project/office, for example Health & Safety.
    Complete any additional ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects as requested.
    Organise and prioritise own workload to provide effective planned support for the project/office.

    Respond to email and telephone queries from employees in order to assist them with issues relating to forms and procedures.

    Communicates clearly and confidently , both orally and in writing. Conscientiously delivers for customers, planning ahead and prioritising own workload.
