    Description

    Hours: Monday to Friday only - 40hrs per week

    Job Description

    • Ensure that customers are given an efficient and enjoyable customer experience and that their service and value expectations are consistently exceeded.
    • Be passionate about the Coffee Bar operation and keep abreast of new concepts and ideas in the industry and on the high street that may enhance the current offer
    • Lead, Inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards.
    • Build positive, credible and collaborativerelationships & communication methods with clientsand other key stakeholders in the business.
    • Continually look to develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment.
    • Create a culture of excellence with your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, obsessive food standards and innovation.
    • Support in enabling the location to achieve business critical KPI's including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance

    Qualifications

    • Have experience in as a manager within a hospitality environment, ideally retail
    • Experience in creating a thriving and successful working environment
    • Possess excellent supervisory and communication skills
    • Good delegation and influencing skills
    • Have the ability to display a real passion for food and customer service
