An opportunity has arisen to join the Estates Management Team at The Royal Hospital site which is part of the NCA NHS Group.


The NCA was created by bringing together staff and services from two NHS Trusts, Salford Royal NHS Foundation Trust and The Pennine Acute Hospitals NHS Trust.

You will be experienced in hard services estates management with a engineering background who will be able to project manage, monitor works and compliance and lead and manage a team.


You will be responsible for the implementation of professional management throughout facilities & estate engineering and building operations including planned maintenance, defect maintenance.

Support the Estates & Facilities General Manager in the implementation of policy and service development. Deputies for the Estate & Facilities General Manager in his/her absence.
