    Description

    Golang Software Engineer

    City of London, United Kingdom – Hybrid working model

    Perm Role: £70,000 - £140,000

    Harrington Starr has partnered with an industry leading SaaS company, and they are seeking a seasoned back end Golang Developer, having strong commercial Financial Services domain experience.

    Key responsibilities:

    • Developing and enhancing the industry leading digital asset trading platform.
    • Building and implementing new features using Golang.
    • Interacting with various internal and external stakeholders to form roadmaps quarterly.
    • Estimation, design, development and testing of new features.

    Required Skills:

    • Financial Services experience on either the Buy or Sell-Side – essential.
    • Mature hands-on commercial experience with Golang.
    • Strong commercial experience with C# / JavaScript and PostgreSQL.
    • Excellent OOP skills.
    • Commercial experience with React, Typescript and JavaScript.
    • Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
    • Commercial experience with cloud technology GCP/AWS
    • Full, unrestricted right to work in the UK.
