Position :
Technical Training Specialist

Location :
Dungannon

Reporting to :
Technical Training Manager

Reporting to the Service Training Manager, this role will perform a variety of Engineering, Training and Dealer support related tasks in the planning, development of new and current documentation and processes.

Responsibilities:

Using your specialist knowledge to prepare documents and guides that can be easily understood
Develop and adapt Training Material that is required for external and internal training
Dealer Portal revitalization with relevant Training and Technical information.
Support the Helpdesk & Field Delivery Aftersales Teams should the need arise.
Testing and proving new material with Team Members
There will be a requirement for scheduled travel which will involve Overseas.
Previous experience of Training Delivery is desirable though not essential.
Ability to plan, organize and deliver Technical Documents with a high degree of detail and accuracy
Excellent communication skills both written and oral
Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)
Have excellent presentational and facilitation skills
Have a good working knowledge of Electrical and Hydraulic principles
Excellent listening skills
Excellent hands on skills using diagnostic tools and the ability to demonstrate logical thought processes.

Essential Knowledge and Qualifications:

Third level education would be preferable in Engineering, but not essential
Knowledge and understanding of Mobile Screening and Crushing.
Full UK Driving License and passport

Ability to work in an environment that is fluid with constantly changing priorities
Ability to manage multiple products and tasks as required to meet demanding Internal and Dealer deadlines.
