Position :
Technical Training Specialist


Location :
Dungannon


Reporting to :
Technical Training Manager


Reporting to the Service Training Manager, this role will perform a variety of Engineering, Training and Dealer support related tasks in the planning, development of new and current documentation and processes.


Responsibilities:


  • Using your specialist knowledge to prepare documents and guides that can be easily understood
  • Develop and adapt Training Material that is required for external and internal training
  • Dealer Portal revitalization with relevant Training and Technical information.
  • Support the Helpdesk & Field Delivery Aftersales Teams should the need arise.
  • Testing and proving new material with Team Members
  • There will be a requirement for scheduled travel which will involve Overseas.
  • Previous experience of Training Delivery is desirable though not essential.
  • Ability to plan, organize and deliver Technical Documents with a high degree of detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills both written and oral
  • Proficient with Microsoft office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)
  • Have excellent presentational and facilitation skills
  • Have a good working knowledge of Electrical and Hydraulic principles
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Excellent hands on skills using diagnostic tools and the ability to demonstrate logical thought processes.

Essential Knowledge and Qualifications:

  • Third level education would be preferable in Engineering, but not essential
  • Knowledge and understanding of Mobile Screening and Crushing.
  • Full UK Driving License and passport

  • Ability to manage multiple products and tasks as required to meet demanding Internal and Dealer deadlines.
