Techtronic Industries (UK) Limited is part of the global TTI group, who are world leaders in cordless technology. TTI manufacture and sell power tools across the world. TTI UK distributes Milwaukee and Ryobi products through a variety of channels to retailcustomers and end users. We continue to grow in an established and stable market.

Reporting to the Financial Accounting Manager, this role will focus on the Accounts Payable ledger and specifically the paperwork in relation to our freight carriers and the associated customs documents.

Alongside side this you will maintain the lease registerand carry out further tasks to support other areas of the Finance department.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to drive forward processes and work within a busy and fast paced Finance team.

This is a full time role, which will eventually offer a working from home option, 2 days per week (as to be discussed and agreed with your line manager).

Responsibilities:

Overall management of the Purchase Ledger including payment runs and month end reporting
Set up of new supplier and expense accounts
Weekly cashflow input
Maintain the Right of Use Assets (Lease) register (Anaplan)
Maintain customs documentation logs
Purchase requisition/purchase order production
Expenses processing and resolving any related queries (Concur)
Office for National Statistics (ONS) and other statutory reporting
Other adhoc finance duties as required

Excellent telephone manner able to be firm when required
Ability to work to tight deadlines in a methodical, detailed and organised manner
Able to work well within a team environment but also with limited supervision
Proactive and confident to challenge the status quo to improve processes
Dynamic and enthusiastic
Flexible and willing attitude

System Skills

Strong Excel skills must be confident with V Lookups and Pivot Tables
Experience with SAP would be an advantage
Experience in Concur and Anaplan, would be of benefit

Qualification

AAT qualification (desirable not essential)
