    We are seeking skilled, personable, and energetic individuals to join our team. Specifically, we have an opening for a Private Client Paralegal at our Bedford Office. If you have previous Paralegal experience and aim to enhance your expertise further, this position might be the perfect fit for you!

    Your main responsibilities will include:

    • Enhancing case management systems
    • Coordinating with clients and external parties
    • Assisting fee earners with client tasks
    • Handling a portfolio of client affairs
    • Managing financial operations like time recording and invoicing
    • Have you previously worked with:
    • Dealing with wills, probate, or Private Client Department operations
    • Familiarity with Solicitors' Accounts Rules
    • Proficiency in IT, especially Microsoft Office
