- Conducting risk assessment visits, documenting essential data to produce detailed and accurate risk assessments.
- Evaluating existing systems for Legionella compliance based on legislative changes and client specifications.
- Reviewing client data related to Legionella compliance within our systems.
- Preparing risk assessment documents in compliance with ACOP L8 guidelines and specified deadlines.
- Compiling reports, documents, and schematic drawings.
- Efficiently completing tasks with minimal disruption to residents/building users and maintaining effective communication with site representatives.
- Updating office-based colleagues on progress.
- Offering technical assistance to team members when needed.
- Hold City and Guilds or Water Management Society certification in Risk Assessment for Legionella and Water Hygiene Control in Water Systems.
- Preferably, a minimum of two years' experience as a Risk Assessor.
- Prior experience in fieldwork involving water hygiene tasks is advantageous.
- Proficient in IT with hands-on experience in Word, Excel, and other Outlook tools.
- Capable of utilizing a web-based platform on a tablet for completing LRAs.
- Willing to be proactive, collaborative, and part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
- Presentable appearance with a friendly demeanor.
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Must possess a valid UK driving license.

Field-based role covering North West, North East, and Scotland. Operating from regional offices.

Supervisor: Water Hygiene Director
Work Hours:
From Monday to Friday, a standard of 37.5 hours per week, from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm
PACKAGE:

ROLE SUMMARY:
The Legionella Risk Assessor will be responsible for visiting clients' sites mainly in London and the South-East to complete all necessary risk assessment paperwork, ensuring the clients are provided with top-notch service and support.
