Description

Our client is a reputable company based in Burton on Trent looking for a Customer Service professional to join their Sales team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Initial training will be in the office, moving to hybrid once completed.


Duties include:

  • Process purchase and sales orders
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, sales team, and other internal departments
  • Prepare monthly, weekly, and daily sales reports
  • Stock control
  • Oversee daily tasks in the process of delivery requests to ensure you meet customer delivery requirements

Person specification:

  • Experience with stock control, logistics, imports and exports
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Hard working and well organised
  • Ambitious
  • Use your initiative
  • Good computer skills
  • Time management skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Flexible
Monday to Friday 9-5

£24,000-25,000 + bonus
